Shipping Information

• UK Shipping: Standard Second Class delivery within the UK is £3.99. Orders are dispatched every Monday at 5pm, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days from dispatch.

• International Shipping:
  We offer international delivery. If you're ordering from the Republic of Ireland, please select the relevant shipping option at checkout. For all other international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote.
  Please note: international delivery may take longer and could be subject to delays at customs. Any local customs duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on most items, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in unworn and mint condition, within 28 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage, as well as any additional postage costs for exchange items.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us directly.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
